Background:

Worshipful Master, Wardens, and Brethren,
As discussed during stated meeting, 1 April 2008, it would be nice to start a program in which each newly raised brother received a nicely framed certificate on the day he is Raised.

The certificate will be printed and presented at no cost to the new brother. This can be achieved by selling the below certificates to existing brethren for a small fee of $10.00, of which $5.00 will pay for the frame, parchment, and printing, while the remaining $5.00 goes into a fund to pay for the certificate presented to new brothers.

This is something the new brother can hang on his wall at work or at home to display with pride his affiliation and membership in our fraternity.

I think this will be a nice program if embraced and I am willing, at least for the time being, to take on the time and responsibility of putting the certs together prior to each MM Degree. Please join me in supporting what I hope is a new tradition in Monroe Lodge No. 22 F.& A.M.

	Certificate #1 This certificate displays the working tools and marks the date Raised to Master Mason. It also lists the names of the WM, SW, JW, and Secretary of the lodge when you were Raised.
	Certificate #2 This certificate displays the date you were Raised to a Master Mason. It also lists the names of the WM and Sec of the lodge when you were Raised.
	Certificate #3 This certificate displays the date you were Initiated an EA and Passed to FC, as well as the date you were Raised to a Master Mason. It also lists the names of the WM and Sec of the lodge when you were Raised.
	Certificate #4 This certificate displays the date you were Initiated an EA and Passed to FC, as well as the date you were Raised to a Master Mason. It also lists the names of the WM and Sec of the lodge when you were Raised.
